Online company Mighty Deals approached Honey Digital for advice on social media communications and customer services, platforms and analytics. We took a snapshot of the company’s current social activity and looked at ways the company could use social media more effectively from a customer services perspective and how they could manage engagement and conversation. We worked closely with staff to create a bespoke training plan and workshop that helped team members learn about using social media more effectively and as a team, giving customers a better experience online.
