Ukash is an international online e-money provider. Ukash were looking to re-engage and expand their social media audience/presence. We took a brief audit of their existing social media channels and established a strategy moving forward. We managed their Facebook and Twitter channels, posting updates, managing customer feedback and queries, and advising on Google+ and Linked In. We also advised on how to leverage their Facebook following by starting to use Facebook apps which we build and develop for them.
Besides social media activity, we actively listened to where Ukash was being spoken about online and, where relevant, engaged with posts and social media conversations.
By working closely with their in-house marketing and customer service teams, we provided an outsourced solution that boosted their social media offering.
